Molecular Distillation Equipment Application

Molecular distillation equipment, based on the core principles of high vacuum and short-range molecular motion, is suitable for separating high-boiling-point, heat-sensitive, and easily oxidized materials. Its main applications are as follows:

1. Natural Product Extraction and Refining: Used for the purification of plant essential oils (such as rose oil and lavender oil), natural vitamins (vitamins A and E), and unsaturated fatty acids (fish oil DHA/EPA, linolenic acid), avoiding high-temperature damage to active ingredients and improving product purity and activity.

4. Food Processing Industry: Used for deodorizing and decolorizing edible oils, and purifying functional food additives (such as lutein and phytosterols) to meet food-grade safety standards. 5. New Material Preparation: Used for the purification and refining of new materials such as liquid crystal materials, special waxes, and graphene precursors, thereby improving the performance and stability of the materials.
